Points Redemption

Terms & Condition

By participating in our points program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Redemption

  • Points can only be earned and redeemed by customers who make purchases at our store.
  • Redemption is exclusive to our physical store and cannot be done through third-party platforms.

 

2. Earning Points

  • Points are earned based on the total amount spent on eligible purchases.
  • Points will only be credited based on the total bill.
  • Points may not be earned from discounted or promotional items unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Using Points

  • Redeemable items and rewards may vary and are subject to availability.
  • Points may only be used to redeem items listed under our rewards catalog or in-store offerings approved for redemption.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift cards.

 

3. Validity

  • Earned points are valid for 1 year from the date of transaction.
  • Unused points will expire and cannot be carried over to the following year.

4. Account & Redemption Rules

  • Points are non-transferable and tied to the customer’s registered account.
  • Lost, expired, or forfeited points will not be reinstated.
  • Store staff reserves the right to request proof of identity for redemption.

5. Program Changes & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to modify, pause, or cancel the points program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to the redemption items, terms, or point values will be posted in-store or on our official communication channels.

6. Fraud & Abuse

  • Any suspected misuse or fraudulent activity may result in the suspension or cancellation of your points and/or participation in the program.
  • We reserve the right to refuse redemption if terms are violated.
